We investigated the circularly polarized photoluminescence characteristics of dilute GaNAs, which exhibit circularly polarized luminescence with reversed polarity with respect to the electron spin direction due to the splitting of the valence band. We grew samples with a multi-quantum well structure using GaNAs and GaAs and performed circularly polarized photoluminescence measurements. As a result, we observed a decrease in photoluminescence intensity, red shift, and reversal of circularly polarized light polarization depending on the nitrogen composition.
