The materials used in radiation detectors are characterized by the interaction between radiation and materials. Although the polyaniline (PANI) as organic semiconductor detector material is inexpensive and easy to manufacture, it has low radiation sensitivity, which must be improved. In this study, we added TiO2 to PANI at the synthesis stage to create a composite material with uniform dispersion and suppress void generation, which would hinder response, and evaluated sensor performance in radiation tests.
