Spins in semiconductor quantum dots are a promising physical system for realizing fault-tolerant quantum computation through surface code implementation, as it offers the potential for large-scale integration utilizing industrial semiconductor technologies. In this talk, we will present our progress in the development of quantum bit coupling technologies and their application to large-scale integration.
