This paper overviews our researches and developments for super high-efficiency multi-junction, concentrator and space solar cells and modules including discovery for superior radiation-resistant of InP materials and solar cells, proposal of double-hetero structure tunnel diodes for sub-cell interconnection of multi-junction solar cells, development of high-efficiency 2-junction, 3-juction and concentrator solar cells, and Si tandem solar cell modules. The Si tandem solar cells with a module efficiency of 36% are shown to be very attractive for solar-vehicle applications with daily driving distance of more than 30km average. In the presentation, potential of perovskite and perovskite tandem solar cells for solar-vehicle applications will be discussed.
