Organic semiconductors and hybrid semiconductors are attracting attention as novel materials and next-generation materials, and their application to electronic devices is progressing. However, device structures are composed of multiple materials, and there are phenomena such as hetero-interface phenomena that do not occur only in the materials themselves, and these have not been sufficiently studied from a microscopic viewpoint, leaving this area unexplored. In this talk, we will introduce the world's first clarification of the operating principle of organic hybrid devices by the operando ESR method.
