In this study, we fabricated a new gel FET composed of SG101-CNT and tannic acid, and evaluated its electrical properties. As for the output characteristics of the gel FET, it was confirmed that the drain current changes in response to the gate voltage. Furthermore, an improvement in the on/off ratio was observed compared to previous research, suggesting the potential for enhancing gel FET performance through material and structural modifications.
