A resonant tunneling diode (RTD) oscillator has garnered attention as a compact terahertz light source capable of operating at room temperature, with expectations for application across various fields. Previous studies have shown that self-injection of feedback light from the output of an RTD oscillator can induce mode-locked oscillation. In this study, we stabilized the oscillation frequency of the RTD by applying bias voltage modulation and utilizing a phase-locked loop to stabilize the frequency of an arbitrary mode. This approach enabled the generation of a frequency comb.
