In graphene, linear band dispersion splits into unequally spaced Landau-levels (LLs) under a high magnetic field. Consequently, graphene has attracted attention as a promising material for realizing LL lasers.
Here, we provide experimental evidence for the occurrence of inter-LL radiative transitions in an electrically biased graphene Hall bar, where the wavelength of emission can be tuned by varying the applied magnetic field.
