We have developed a Circular Dichroism Photo-induced Force Microscopy (CD-PiFM) method that observes the difference in optically induced electromagnetic forces between a probe and a sample under left- and right-handed circularly polarized light irradiation. Using this method, we successfully conducted microscopic observations of chiral nanoparticles with enantioselectivity. However, the imaging mechanism remains unclear. In this study, we analyzed the imaging mechanism using finite element simulations. In the presentation, we will report on simulation results for various samples.
