To enhance the efficiency of solar cells, research on double-junction solar cells, which combine cells with different bandgaps, is advancing. Organo-metal halide perovskites are particularly well-suited for these cells due to their ability to easily adjust bandgaps by altering their composition. In this study, incident light was divided into long and short wavelengths using dichroic mirror, and two types of perovskite solar cells with different light absorption regions were combined to create double-junction spectral-splitting tandem solar cells. The efficiency of these cells was then investigated by varying the composition of the perovskites.
