Sn-based perovskite compounds are less toxic to the human body and the environment than Pb-based compounds, but there is concern that they are even less stable than Pb-based compounds because Sn2+ is easily oxidized to Sn4+. In this study, benzylamine was used as an organic amine of an Sn-based 2D perovskite compound to optimize the introduction and substitution position of fluorine atoms and the deposition conditions, and to improve the stability. Stability was improved by introducing a fluorine atom at the para-position of benzylamine. (84 words)
