One of the challenges of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is the improvement of durability. In addition, inorganic oxide semiconductors, which are often used in electron transport layers (ETL), have problems with film deposition temperature and film thickness control. In this work, thermal durability was investigated using a self-assembled electron transport layer (SAETL) that can be introduced PSCs. As a result, PSCs using SAETL showed higher thermal durability than that using inorganic oxide semiconductor (SnO2). In addition, XRD and FTIR were used for analysis, and the relationship between the change in performance in the thermal endurance test was examined.
