Generally, it takes a long time to design, manufacture, and measure a semiconductor chip, and it is difficult for students to experience the entire process in a short period of time. In the Agile-chip platform, base chips are prepared in which all but the top-level interconnect layer are built, so students only need to design the top-level interconnect layer to realize the required circuit functions. This presentation will provide details and impressions of a series of design, fabrication, and measurement experiments.
