Various research efforts are focused on electric fields, particularly for applications such as underground resource exploration, ship detection and the study of biological electric fields. Recently, this research has expanded to include the development of soft electrodes, which are wearable on human skin to measure electric field in the body. This symposium is organized to present research works on electric field science and technology in its wide range of research areas.
