Mid-infrared passive spectroscopic imaging was employed to remotely and simultaneously measure lactate and glucose. In this study, we present the results of estimating exercise-induced fatigue by analyzing lactate-induced radiation spectra before and after exercise. Additionally, pseudo-color imaging was used to visualize the distribution of lactate within the body. A comparison with a blood-drawing lactate sensor revealed a similar trend, indicating the reliability of this method. Based on these findings, we aim to map the distribution of lactate throughout the body and quantify its accumulation in specific regions.
