We focus on the “on-site measurement” of biological information using mid-infrared passive spectroscopic imaging. To enhance the robustness against temperature fluctuations in the measurement target, an energy conversion method using Planck's law and Stefan-Boltzmann's law was devised, and the normalization of the device's sensitivity characteristics was carried out. In the future, the efficacy of non-invasive blood glucose measurement from a distance in clinics will be evaluated.
