We present ultrafast fluorescence lifetime microscopy capable of capturing images of over 10,000 cells per second. This method achieves simultaneous multipoint fluorescence lifetime measurements by splitting continuous-wave laser light into multiple beam spots and modulating their intensity stepwise at frequencies up to 222 MHz. Furthermore, the presentation will highlight results from large-scale fluorescence lifetime imaging analyses.
