In recent quantum communication research, multimodal and broadband capabilities have become critical challenges. Our group has previously developed a frequency up-conversion single-photon detector, achieving a time resolution of 412 fs. However, the optimization of beam diameters within the crystal has been insufficient, and theoretical analysis on this topic has remained unexplored. In this study, we theoretically identified the optimal combination of beam diameters for femtosecond SFG and conducted experimental validation to demonstrate its effectiveness.
