Quantum-enhanced stimulated Raman scattering (QE-SRS) microscopy is a promising high-sensitivity molecular vibration imaging method, which utilizes a squeezed state of light. In particular, a method using an asymmetric beam splitter to generate squeezed light allows easy adjustment of optical power, enabling high signal intensity. However, the optimal setting for optical power has not been reported. In this study, we derived the optimal pump-to-Stokes intensity ratio in QE-SRS.
