To develop wavelength and polarization conversion films for high-efficiency greenhouse farming, we found that fluorescence organic dyes showing alignment behavior with liquid crystals as the host. However, there are few fluorescent materials that fulfilled chlorophyll's optical absorption characteristics. In this study, we examined the extension of fluorescence wavelengths through molecular interactions between fluorescent dye (Coumarin 6) and electron-acceptor molecules (TCNQ). As the results, we revealed that appearance of fluorescence wavelength which cannot be seen in single Coumarin 6 without alignment distortion by small addition of TCNQ.
