We fabricated and evaluated a self-excitation/self-displacement sensing film with a bimorph structure and succeeded in detecting self-displacement in the frequency band other than the resonance point. However, since displacement detection was not successful in the resonance frequency band, we attempted self-displacement detection by limiting the electrode patterning to the root of the film, where the contribution of displacement is large.
