Gallium phthalocyanine hydroxide (OHGaPc), a p-type organic semiconductor, was investigated as a passivation layer. Unlike conventional insulating passivation materials, this material allows carrier transport due to its p-type semiconductor properties. Additionally, the presence of hydroxyl groups enables compensation for defects on the outermost surface of perovskite layer. As a result, both charge transport and passivation functions are expected.
