Liposome-immobilized biosensors are expected to be applied to the early diagnosis of dementia due to their relative advantage in detection time, but it is not established to practically estimate analytes in a short time. In this study, we attempted to estimate analytes by time-frequency analysis, regarding the sensor signals from the early stage of the reaction as time-series data. The experimental results of a cantilever-type biosensor suggested the possibility to estimate the αSyn concentration according to a specific frequency component.
