Spontaneous orientation polarization (SOP) occurs when the dipole moment of the molecules is partially oriented when the organic semiconductor material is vacuum deposited. The giant surface potential (GSP) induced by the SOP is expected to be applied to electret materials that can be used for vibration power generation. In this study, we synthesized carbazole dendrimers with fluorinated substituents and studied the structure-property relationship.
