On a 156.75 mm square ITO electrode glass substrate, a perovskite ink using a DMF-free solvent was applied using a slot-die coater and crystallized by the vacuum quenching method. The perovskite layer was excited with a 465 nm line scan light source and measured with a hyperspectral camera. The photoluminescence of a single Gaussian peak was obtained over almost the entire sample, allowing for rapid visualization of the spatial distribution. This method is useful for optimizing the coating and crystallization processes.
