The inkjet printing method, which uses ink containing dispersed nano-particles, is characterized by its efficient use of raw materials. In this method, it is expected that the particles will become oriented through self-organization. In this study, single-crystal fine particles of barium titanate by hydrothermal synthesis were used to deposit thin film on Si substrate. The shape of the deposited film changed significantly depending on substrate temperature. It was also confirmed that the particles on the substrate naturally aligned in one direction.
