[15p-K505-14]To compensate for losses in an FMCW LiDAR with a Si photonics SLG scanner, we proposed using SiN waveguides and SiN MRR switches. Experiments showed damage at the SiN/Si coupling at 28 dBm input, with damage spreading into the SiN waveguide, resembling fiber fuse phenomena.
