Silicon nanoparticles-on-mirror (SiNPoM) structures are attracting attention as platforms for applications utilizing silicon nanoparticles exhibiting electric and magnetic Mie resonances. In this work, we fabricated uniform SiNPoM structures over areas exceeding 1 cm2 using monodisperse silicon nanoparticles developed by our group. We investigated their optical properties, focusing on the resonant modes of silicon nanoparticles and their interactions with the mirror substrate.
