前回の応用物理学会では、反応性スパッタによりSiエミッタにTiNコーティングを施したボルケーノ構造フィールドエミッタアレイ（以下FEA）[1]を用いてエージング処理前後での各tipの放出電流値の変化について報告した[2]。今回は、エージング（long time DC drive）および加熱処理により、そのTiNコーティングされたFEAの各tipの放出電流の均一性がどのように変化するかについて、観察および計測を行ったので報告する。
