Capacitive flexible pressure sensors enable high-sensitivity sensing on curved surfaces in the low pressure range and have expected applications in robotics. We have focused on the screen-printing method as a fabrication method for the sensor, which can easily produce a patterned conductive film. We fabricated conductive films using graphene ink, which has high conductivity and flexibility, and worked on the application of capacitive flexible pressure sensors that can measure pressure distribution.
