Keywords:
carbon nanohorn,nano carbon material
Nanocarbon is a general term for nanomaterials made of carbon, including two-dimensional graphene, cylindrical carbon nanotubes, spherical fullerenes, and angular carbon nanohorns. Expectations are high for these in the semiconductor device field, and there are examples of applications in a wide range of fields as a result of prior research. However, there are few basic reports such as mobility and carrier concentration. Therefore, in this study, we focused on the basic physical properties of carbon nanohorns and aimed to clarify them.
