次世代エネルギー・情報デバイスに向けて，常温プロセス可能な高透明でフレキシブルな導電膜が求められている．In2O3ベース材料は小イオン半径元素や水素ドープにより格子変化を引き起こし，アモルファス性と導電性の両立が期待される．これまでに水素・ホウ素共ドープを行い，屈曲時抵抗変化を比較した．IBO:Hはクラック数減少を示したが，高い相対抵抗値を示した．本研究では，結果の解明に向けてIn₂O₃の格子定数の観点から議論する．
