本研究室では、低温・低損傷プロセスであるプラズマ支援分子線堆積(PAMBD)法を用いてフレキシブルPET基板上へのGa添加ZnO(GZO)透明導電膜の成膜および評価を行ってきた。今回は、ロール状のPETフィルムの巻き出し、巻き取り過程において成膜を行うRoll-to-roll PAMBD法を用いてGZO透明導電膜を成膜し、酸素セル流量を変化させた条件で成膜した膜の特性評価について報告する。
