We investigated changes in parameters for superconducting digital circuits over long time by measuring past chips which exists past measurement data. The chips have been kept in room temperature atmosphere up to 15 and half years. Critical current density of Josephson junctions has reduced about 5% with 10 years. We think that the reductions were caused by the same phenomena with annealing.
