In a single flux quantum circuit, the Josephson inductor (JI) is a component that utilizes the Josephson junction (JJ), which is used as a switching element, as an inductor. The critical current of the JJ can vary due to manufacturing fluctuations, which in turn can cause variations in the circuit's signal propagation time. However, it has been discovered that the JI has a suppressive effect on the variations in signal propagation time. In a proposed circuit using the JI, the variation in signal propagation time is approximately 10% smaller compared to conventional circuits.
