The authors have investigated the mechanisms of molecular and gene introduction to a group of cells on a well plate using an equivalent circuit model. While this model represented the case of identical cells arranged on the wells, in this research, we report the results of an investigation with groups of cells of different targeted types and whether it is possible to select introduced cells by plasma driving frequency.
