In this study, we fabricated ITO channels by a sol-gel method, which is a wet process, to enable detection of target molecules by direct interaction between ITO channels and target molecules in solution-gate FETs composed of ITO, and attempted to introduce molecular templates inside the channels. In this presentation, we fabricated a device using L-phenylalanine (L-Phe), a kind of amino acid, as a target molecule (template molecule) and evaluated its electrical properties.
