[16a-K403-4] Metallization of boron-doped amorphous carbon films

We work on preparing the metallic amorphous carbon doped with boron. The sample are fabricated using adjussted pulsed laser anneal which is developed by ourselves. The metallic nature is investigated in terms of electronic state. The results of synchrotron photoemission spectroscopy and resistivity measuremetns are presented.
