Optical Diffraction Tomography (ODT) is a microscopy technique that visualizes the three-dimensional structure of a sample from transmission images obtained by various angular illuminations. However, conventional ODT techniques require mirror scanning for angular illumination of a static sample, which makes it difficult to achieve high throughput measurements. In this presentation, we propose an ODT technique without mirror scanning for a moving sample by combining angle-multiplexed illumination with a spatial light modulator and image analysis methods.
