Two infrared beams, which are a fixed-frequency pump beam and a tunable wavelength seed beam, are necessary for terahertz parametric generation. We aim to develop a longitudinal mode-controlled Q-switched laser using a spectral drill cavity (SDC). In this study, longitudinal mode measurements of the Q-switched laser are performed.
