In our laboratory, we are developing 7 cm square six-series-connected perovskite solar cell modules using inkjet printing and spin coating methods. For patterning the active layer, methods such as removing unnecessary regions and depositing material on designated regions are being examined. During UV ozone treatment, we used a mask on the substrate to create differences in wettability, allowing the perovskite layer to be applied. As a result, differences in the spreading behavior of the precursor solution caused significant variations in film thickness.
