Atmospheric pressure plasma jets are generated using a gas flow such rare gases as the working gas. The gas flow is known to become turbulent due to plasma generation, but the detailed mechanism has not been clarified. In this study, the relationship between the gas flow behavior and charged particle behavior in atmospheric pressure plasma jets was evaluated by Schlieren measurements and current measurements.
