Keywords:
atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma, chemical reaction network
For applications involving atmospheric pressure and low-temperature plasma, identifying key chemical species and reactions within the chemical reaction network is crucial. Conventional methods rely on reaction rate coefficients, which often involve uncertainties. In this study, a novel approach is proposed to simplify chemical reaction networks using spectral sparsification from spectral graph theory. The eigenvalues of the graph's adjacency matrix and Laplacian matrix are utilized to simplify the network while preserving its essential features. The effectiveness of the simplification is also analyzed and discussed.
