有機電界効果トランジスタの製作において，寄生抵抗を低減するために，静電スプレーエッチングを用いて有機半導体材料TIPS pentaceneを部分的にエッチングした．エッチングによるTIPS pentacene結晶への影響をラマン分光測定を用いて評価した．その結果，静電スプレエッチングはTIPS pentaceneの結晶性に悪影響を与えない優しいプロセスということがわかった．
