我々は絶縁基板上の低欠陥Ge成長の研究を進めており、石英ガラス基板上に垂直方向に配向するGeワイヤを、プラズマCVD法によるAuを触媒としたVLS法により実現した。講演では、Geワイヤ成長機構と基板温度依存性について議論する。
