Our reserch group has proposed and demonstrated an odor sensor that integrates a CMOS potential sensor array and multiple odor sensing membranes. In this study, an array sensor capable of simultaneously measuring multiple membrane responses was proposed and fabricated, and it was demonstrated that it is possible to measure simultaneously the sensitive membranes that could not be measured simultaneously in the past. The proposed array sensor leads to the acquisition of multidimensional information and is expected to improve odor measurement performance.
