Our laboratory group has developed an insertion type ion image sensor that can measure pH in plants. However, there is a problem that pH detection errors cause due to changes in the state of the measurement target during long-term measurement. To solve this problem, we proposed a method to eliminate the influence of characteristic drift by combining two sensor pixels with different characteristics, and designed and fabricated the sensor. As a result, the completed sensor exhibited performance suitable for the proposed method, raising expectations to solve characteristic drift during long-term measurements.
