We propose the coating of antibodies on MEMS array sensors for multi-parameter measurement of biomarkers. In previous studies, local antibody modification has been achieved by electropolymerization of NHS pyrrole.
However, non-water-soluble NHS pyrrole requires the use of acetonitrile, which deactivates the antibody and makes it difficult to sequentially coat multiple types of antibodies.
In this study, we investigated a method using aldehyde pyrrole by electropolymerization in pure water and evaluated the feasibility of multi-measurement.
