Among lead-free materials, K0.5Na0.5NbO3 (KNN) has attracted attention as a material with good properties and similar effects to MPB in PZT. In our laboratory, we have reported an improvement in the density of sintered KNN by investigating the synthesis conditions, and an improvement in piezoelectric properties by Li substitution. In this study, we focused on KNNL-based samples with different K and Na ratios. The effects of increasing the Li content and Cu substitution on the ferroelectric and electrical properties were investigated by average, local, and electronic structure analysis.
