From the perspective of environmental issues, the development of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics is increasingly required. Among them, (Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3-BaTiO3-(Bi0.5Li0.5)TiO3 (BNT-BT-BLT) ceramics, which exhibit high piezoelectric properties, have attracted significant attention. In this study, NaCu2.5Ti4.5O12 (NCT) was added to BNT-based ceramics to investigate its effects on low-temperature sintering and electrical properties. NCT was found to function as a sintering aid, forming a liquid phase that lowered the sintering temperature. Furthermore, it was observed that the addition of CuO or NCT (Sintering Aid) caused the independent precipitation of BT, which in turn induced a shift in the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB).
